Elections will be held on May 3, 2026. There are three positions to be filled in 2026. To run for election to the District’s Board of Directors, a person must file an application for a place on the ballot. The application must be filed with the Secretary of the District’s Board of Directors by mail at P. O. Box 818, Colmesneil, Texas 75938. Applications can also hand deliver their applications to Calvin Johnson at 547 CR 3150, Colmesneil, TX 75938 by the deadline as well. An application may be downloaded/printed (link below). The last day for an applicant to file for a place on the ballot is February 13, 2026, at 5 pm CT.
